What cannot be returned or refunded?
Physical installs of our products by our installers on your vehicles, for obvious reasons cannot be returned or refunded, alternatively, our policy is to send a qualified installer back to you at no cost to repair or replace the affected areas. Conditions which fall under our warranty. See warranty page.
All installs are booked at a minimum of 48 hours in advance. Cancellation notice must be given within 24 hours of the agreed upon install date and time, otherwise a $75 restocking fee will be subtracted from your total refund.
All installs cancelled prior to 24 hours before the install date and time will then be issued a complete refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
